About

Who is doing this, and on whose authority.

The short answer to the second half of that question is: not yet anyone's. That is the honest state of it, and this page says so plainly.

REV 0.1 · JULY 2026 · OPEN FOR COMMENT

Fluence's role

Project Entheos is convened and stewarded by Fluence. Fluence does not own the standard, does not sell it, and does not speak for the community that will author it.

A convener does the unglamorous part: finds the people, pays them, books the meetings, keeps the minutes, files the paperwork, and publishes the result whether or not it flatters the convener. That is the whole of the role, and the governance charter will be written to keep it that way.

Not a Fluence product. A standard, co-authored by the community, that Fluence convenes and stewards in a secretariat role — closer to how a consensus-standards body works than to how a vendor sells a service.

What it is, and what it is not

It is

  • A standard for wraparound care in regulated psychedelic trials.
  • Authored by a compensated council of practitioners, not by its convener.
  • Published openly, for any sponsor to reference.
  • In draft, and open for comment on every clause.

It is not

  • A Fluence product, or anyone else's.
  • A certification anyone sells, licenses, or audits for a fee.
  • A claim to speak on behalf of the psychedelic community.
  • A finished document.

Disclosures

Five things about this project are provisional or awkward, and all five are stated on the front page rather than here where fewer people would find them.

  • The Founding Circle has not been named.
  • Seats are compensated.
  • Fluence holds pharmaceutical contracts.
  • The principles are a draft, not a decision.
  • The facts on this page are being verified.
